Fees, Features, & FurnishingsYou step inside Blanco Urban Venue and immediately understand the assignment. White walls rise clean and uninterrupted. Concrete floors hold steady. Light moves easily through the space without catching on texture or trim. Nothing competes. Nothing distracts. The room pausesâlong enough for your ideas to arrive and settle in. That pause is intentional. This is modern minimalism doing exactly what itâs meant to do. The ceiling gives you height without drama. The palette gives you freedom without direction. Designers stop negotiating with the room and start designing. Photographers donât hunt for anglesâthey build them. Every decision feels deliberate because the space refuses to over-explain itself. From a planning standpoint, expectations stay refreshingly clear. High-season Saturday facility fees typically land between $5,000 and $7,500, depending on date and rental length. Rentals usually include 10â12 hours, which means you get actual setup time, a full celebration, and an exit that doesnât feel like a sprint. See What's Included |

Food & BeverageAt Blanco Urban, food and beverage run with intention. Nothing feels improvised, and nothing is left to chance. Thereâs no in-house catering team dictating what dinner should look likeâbut youâre also not tossed the keys and wished good luck. Instead, Blanco operates with a pre-approved catering list, which quietly does a lot of heavy lifting behind the scenes. Those preferred teams already know the building, the load-in, the timing, and how the space behaves once guests arrive. That means fewer questions on event day and more focus on execution. If you have a caterer you love who isnât on the list, Blanco is open to the conversation. You can absolutely bring them inâwith advance approval and a per-person fee (typically around $15 per guest, plus tax and service). Translation: flexibility with guardrails. This approach keeps the experience streamlined without boxing you in. Menus stay personal. Service stays professional. And the venue avoids the chaos that comes from unfamiliar vendors learning the room in real time. Take a Closer Look |
