Wedding Day BlueprintGetting Ready in the Farm CottagesYou and your bridal party ease into the morning in one of the charming on-site cottages. While you sip something bubbly and gaze at the vineyards, your photographer quietly captures the “pre-ceremony calm” (which is definitely a myth, but let’s pretend). Ceremony Beneath the Majestic Cork Oak & Vineyard LawnWe wander over to the lawn under the towering cork oak tree (yes, it’s nearly 100 years old and no, it doesn’t complain about photo ops). The view of the vineyards behind you? Pure wine-country dream. Cocktail Hour Among Olive Groves & Lavender GardenGuests meander into the olive-and-lavender groves for drinks and mingling. Minimal décor needed because nature is doing the heavy lifting. The vibe: effortless, plant-driven elegance. Dinner & Dancing in the 1902 BarnWe segue into the historic barn for dinner, toasts, and then the dance floor ignites. The beams, the wood, the ambiance—it’s rustic, refined, and absolutely ready for your moves. Sunset Portrait Walk + More DancingYou and your partner steal away for golden-hour portraits while your guests groove inside. Because the day flows beautifully when you’re not wondering “now what?” This schedule is your building block—you’re free to shuffle, sprinkle in a surprise sparkler exit, or linger longer under the stars. At Ru’s Farm, we believe your wedding should feel authentically you, and we’ll quietly smooth the edges so you shine. View the Gallery |

Food & BeverageRu’s Farm in Healdsburg is quintessential rustic wine-country romance—rolling vineyards, lavender-scented gardens, and a beautifully restored 1902 barn that feels equal parts welcoming and picturesque. It’s a venue that wraps you in charm while leaving plenty of room for creativity, especially when it comes to food and beverage. There’s no in-house catering at Ru’s Farm, which means no preset menus or resident chef. Instead, couples bring in their own approved third-party caterer, giving you full control over how your celebration tastes—from family-style farm fare to refined plated dinners. The only requirement is experience: your caterer needs to know how to operate confidently in an outdoor, wine-country setting. Think of Ru’s Farm as a true blank-canvas venue with a safety net. You’ll want a professional catering team that can handle refrigeration, equipment, and power logistics, but the payoff is freedom—over your menu, your bar, and the overall flow of the day. With the right team in place, Ru’s Farm delivers a wedding that feels rustic, intentional, and deeply personal—exactly the way wine country does best. Take a Closer Look |
