Fees, Features, & Furnishings

Ru’s farm has one all inclusive fee of $16,500.  That makes life very simple.  That fee covers 4 hours of set up time before your guess arrive, 6 hours of celebration, and 2 hours of take down after the event for staff and vendors.  It also includes a one hour rehearsal window the day before and access to the charming bridal suite starting at 11:00 am the day of your event.

Getting Ready in the Farm Cottages
You and your bridal party ease into the morning in one of the charming on-site cottages. While you sip something bubbly and gaze at the vineyards, your photographer quietly captures the “pre-ceremony calm” (which is definitely a myth, but let’s pretend).

We segue into the historic barn for dinner, toasts, and then the dance floor ignites. The beams, the wood, the ambiance—it’s rustic, refined, and absolutely ready for your moves.
