Wedding Day Blueprint

Welcome to Beltane Ranch, where wine country charm meets timeless elegance. As your wedding venue ecpert (and unofficial fairy godparent), I’m here to guide you through the perfect wedding day flow at this enchanting 105-acre estate. Let’s dive in, shall we?

Morning Prep: Start your day in the Cottage Suite, a private haven with natural light and vineyard views. It’s the perfect spot for sipping mimosas while your glam squad works their magic. Meanwhile, your partner can relax in the Victorian Inn, pretending not to be nervous while enjoying a farm-fresh breakfast.

Ceremony: Say “I do” under the Majestic Oak Tree, a breathtaking spot that feels like it’s straight out of a storybook. With its sprawling branches and vineyard backdrop, it’s the kind of setting that makes your guests whisper, “Is this real life?”

Cocktail Hour: Guests can mingle on the Shaded Lawn, sipping estate wines and nibbling on hors d’oeuvres. Add a live acoustic guitarist, and you’ve got yourself a scene straight out of a romantic movie.

Reception: The Grand Lawn is where the party begins. With twinkling market lights, long wooden tables, and sweeping vineyard views, it’s a space that’s both elegant and inviting. Pro tip: The dance floor here is so irresistible, even your great-uncle will bust a move.

Wrap-Up: End the night with a sparkler send-off under the stars. Trust me, it’s the kind of exit that will make your Instagram followers swoon.

Food & Beverage

Beltane Ranch is farm-stay romance with a “bring your A-team” mentality. This isn’t a hotel ballroom with a built-in banquet kitchen and a preset chicken-or-fish destiny. It’s a working ranch—beautiful, unfussy, and intentionally vendor-driven—where the venue maintains quality control by approving who’s allowed to cook on the property (heritage ranches and rogue deep fryers do not mix).

There’s no in-house catering, so you won’t find a default menu coming from the venue. Instead, couples select from a preferred catering list, giving you flexibility to design a menu that fits your vision—farm-to-table, wine-country classics, or something in between—while still meeting the ranch’s standards.

Because the setting is a vineyard and ranch, not a restaurant, approved caterers are chosen for their ability to operate in an outdoor environment and manage full production and service without relying on a permanent commercial kitchen.
