Fees, Features, & Furnishings

You step inside Blanco Urban Venue and immediately understand the assignment. White walls rise clean and uninterrupted. Concrete floors hold steady. Light moves easily through the space without catching on texture or trim. Nothing competes. Nothing distracts. The room pauses—long enough for your ideas to arrive and settle in.

That pause is intentional. This is modern minimalism doing exactly what it’s meant to do. The ceiling gives you height without drama. The palette gives you freedom without direction. Designers stop negotiating with the room and start designing. Photographers don’t hunt for angles—they build them. Every decision feels deliberate because the space refuses to over-explain itself.

From a planning standpoint, expectations stay refreshingly clear. High-season Saturday facility fees typically land between $5,000 and $7,500, depending on date and rental length. Rentals usually include 10–12 hours, which means you get actual setup time, a full celebration, and an exit that doesn’t feel like a sprint.

Wedding Day Blueprint

At Blanco Urban, the day unfolds with intention and very good lighting.

Pre-Ceremony
The morning starts inside the venue’s private prep areas, where outfits hang against white walls and the energy stays calm instead of chaotic. Vendors arrive, music tests quietly, and the room waits—blank, polished, and ready to become whatever you’ve imagined.

Ceremony | Main Event Hall
Guests enter the main open hall, where chairs line up at one end of the space. The ceremony lives here most often—clean sightlines, high ceilings, no distractions. Every vow echoes just enough to feel important. When it ends, nothing has to move far. That’s the magic.

Appetizers & Cocktails | Central Hall Flow
Cocktail hour happens in the same footprint, just reimagined. Bar opens. Guests circulate. Passed bites move easily through the room while the ceremony setup quietly disappears behind the scenes.

Dinner Reception | Main Hall
Dinner settles into the heart of the space. Tables glow under intentional lighting. Speeches land. Plates arrive warm. The room hums in that “everything is working” way.

Dancing & Merriment
As tables clear, the floor opens—polished concrete ready for its moment. Music rises, shoes loosen their commitment, and the party fully claims the room.

Send-Off
Goodbyes linger. Lights soften. No one rushes.

This blueprint is a building block—you can remix it, skip traditions, or head straight to dancing. At Blanco, your wedding feels effortlessly you, and we quietly smooth the edges while you shine.

Food & Beverage

At Blanco Urban, food and beverage run with intention. Nothing feels improvised, and nothing is left to chance. There’s no in-house catering team dictating what dinner should look like—but you’re also not tossed the keys and wished good luck. Instead, Blanco operates with a pre-approved catering list, which quietly does a lot of heavy lifting behind the scenes.

Those preferred teams already know the building, the load-in, the timing, and how the space behaves once guests arrive. That means fewer questions on event day and more focus on execution. If you have a caterer you love who isn’t on the list, Blanco is open to the conversation. You can absolutely bring them in—with advance approval and a per-person fee (typically around $15 per guest, plus tax and service). Translation: flexibility with guardrails.

This approach keeps the experience streamlined without boxing you in. Menus stay personal. Service stays professional. And the venue avoids the chaos that comes from unfamiliar vendors learning the room in real time.
